Gee. How long did that last? I've decided to give a go round again for The Metal Militia. It may be that the comics are a good jumping off point, but I'm still hoping to package something that TV stations will look at.

On tap: Three journalists stranded on a desert island. An action movie star caught in the midst of a bank robbery where the victims expect him to act as he does in the movies. A bitter and angry young writer who writes a parody of a self-help book only to find himself a bestseller because no one recognizes that it's a parody.

Oh, and a parody of barbarian movies. I'm not sure why it seemes fitting, but I'd like to give it a shot.

For the record, I am currently on a break. No, I'm not vacationing anywhere, I just am forcing myself to stay away from the computer and not write. Trust me, it's for the best.

After working third shift all week, I'm ready to continue I AM A SONG ABOUT LOVE. So far, so good. I just hope I can pull it off.
